Cash on the day in euros, or by card / bank transfer in advance. We send a clear booking confirmation either way.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour. Inside 48 hours we ask for 50% to cover the held day.
How many people fit?+
Up to 8 passengers with luggage in our Mercedes V-Class. For larger groups we coordinate a second vehicle.
Can you build a custom day?+
Yes — most days are. Send what you'd like to do and we'll propose a route, timing and price.
What languages do you speak?+
English, Portuguese and Spanish, fluently. French is workable.
Do you provide child seats?+
Yes, free of charge — just tell us ages when you book.
